Bora Technical Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through boratechnicalsolutions.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through our contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in, and any details you include in your message. We don’t require you to create an account, and we don’t ask for more than we need to reply to you.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you ask about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it’s stored and processed
Our website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us so we can respond. Our domain and content delivery run through Cloudflare. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. As part of delivering and securing the site, these providers may process limited technical data such as your IP address.
Cookies
Our site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies that are necessary for its spam-protection function.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, after which they may be deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve submitted at any time by emailing hello@boratechnicalsolutions.com. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable British Columbia privacy law.

Our portfolio links to websites we’ve built for clients. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
